The Manitowoc County Sheriff's Office revealed that a deer hunter stumbled upon the remains in a wooded area of Two Rivers on September 7. After conducting DNA testing on the remains, including a skull and bones, the Wisconsin Crime Lab established that they indeed belonged to Elijah Vue.
