Biden emphasized the urgency and importance of standing by Ukraine in its resistance to Russian aggression. "The United States stands with you," affirmed Biden, addressing the Ukrainian populace directly.

Earlier this year, Biden directed the U.S. to prioritize the export of air defense systems to Ukraine. Following this directive, the Department of Defense has already delivered hundreds of additional air defense missiles to the country, with more supplies on the way. Moreover, the U.S. has been actively assisting Ukraine in bolstering the resilience of its energy grid ahead of the winter months, ensuring ongoing support with artillery, rockets, and armored vehicles.

Biden highlighted that Russia continues to misjudge the courage and determination of the Ukrainian people. He reiterated that the United States, along with over 50 other countries, stands firmly in support of Ukraine in their fight for freedom.
