Sylvester Stallone's eldest daughters, Sophia, 27, and Sistine, 25, recently shared details about the grueling military-style training they underwent before moving to New York City. The training, which included self-defense classes and pursuits like chasing and catching a chicken, was part of their father's efforts to ensure their safety in the Big Apple. The sisters revealed that Sylvester, known for his role in the Rambo franchise, has always been regimented, even enforcing a rigorous morning routine that involved consuming eggs with ketchup to "bulk up." Despite having lived in New York City for a year now, Sylvester remains an overprotective dad, expressing concerns about his daughters' safety. The sisters' experiences, along with other family escapades, will be featured in the upcoming second season of "The Family Stallone," set to premiere on February 21 on Paramount+. Sylvester, who has five children including the late Sage and Seargeoh, as well as Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlett, has earned the reputation of being a protective father, with his daughters joking about him going "full Rambo" when boys come around.
