Mauricio Umansky, founder of The Agency, recently opened up to his daughters, Alexia, 27, Sophia, 24, and stepdaughter Farrah, 35, about his separation from their mother, Kyle Richards. In a heartfelt conversation featured in a preview clip for Season 2 of Netflix's Buying Beverly Hills, Mauricio shared that he had an "amazing 26 years" with Kyle and expressed his efforts to salvage their relationship during their time apart.

Revealing that Kyle had suggested they both have the freedom to date other people during their separation, Mauricio emotionally recounted the "rules" they agreed to follow. As Mauricio discussed his need for "some time and a clear head," he mentioned the possibility of spending a month in Aspen, which led to tears from his daughters.

The family's struggles were made public after rumors of Kyle, 55, and Mauricio, 53, splitting surfaced in the summer. Addressing the speculation, the couple acknowledged their marital difficulties in a joint statement on Instagram in July, assuring that they were actively working through their issues.

During an interview at the 2024 People's Choice Awards, Kyle emphasized that she and Mauricio are currently navigating their relationship and are committed to finding a resolution. Despite the challenges they face, Kyle emphasized their love for each other and their family unit.

As the premiere of Buying Beverly Hills Season 2 approaches on March 22, viewers can expect an intimate look into Mauricio and Kyle's journey as they navigate their separation and work towards healing their relationship.
