In an unfortunate incident, a male was fatally shot and killed on the southeast side of Indianapolis early Sunday morning. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) received a report of a person shot around 4 a.m. and promptly dispatched officers to the scene in the 2800 block of Tindall Street.

Upon arrival, law enforcement officials discovered the victim, who had sustained injuries consistent with gunshot wounds. Tragically, the male was pronounced dead by investigators at the scene.
