**Arkansas Razorbacks Climb Rankings After Victory Over Tennessee**

Following a pivotal win against the No. 4 Tennessee Volunteers, the Arkansas Razorbacks (4-2, 2-1 SEC) have seen a significant jump in ESPN's Football Power Index (FPI). The 19-14 triumph at Razorback Stadium has catapulted them from No. 27 to No. 24 in the rankings. The Razorbacks, led by head coach Sam Pittman, now have a projected win total of 7.0-5.0 for the season and a 92.3% probability of securing at least six wins.

The team's FPI also reflects a 0.6% chance of winning the SEC and a 3.9% chance of making it to the College Football Playoff. Arkansas holds an impressive 15th-highest strength of schedule (SOS) and the 19th-best remaining SOS. Moreover, the Razorbacks rank No. 20 in Game Control, a metric that evaluates how likely an average Top 25 team would dominate games from start to finish. They are also No. 39 in average in-game win probability.

In terms of efficiency, Arkansas has climbed to No. 26 nationally. Offensively, they hold a rating of 66.0 (No. 37), while their defense has improved to 74.1 (No. 23). However, their special teams unit has dropped to a rating of 43.1 (No. 92).

Within the SEC, the Razorbacks stand at No. 10 in the FPI, ahead of teams like Kentucky, Auburn, and Florida. When it comes to efficiency, they are positioned at No. 8, trailing behind Texas, Tennessee, and Alabama, among others.

With a bye week ahead, Arkansas has the chance to rest and strategize before facing the No. 13 LSU Tigers on October 19 in Fayetteville. LSU is currently ranked No. 15 in the FPI and boasts the eighth-most efficient offense.
