As the 2025 NCAA baseball tournament advances into the super regionals, the remaining 16 teams have been re-ranked to reflect their performances in the regionals. Arkansas leaps to the top spot after an undefeated run, while Vanderbilt and Texas drop out. The Razorbacks showcased their dominance by convincingly defeating Creighton twice.

Auburn climbs to the No. 2 position after an impressive display, particularly in their regional final against NC State, which they won 11-1. Ike Irish was instrumental in this offensive surge, hitting .500 over the weekend.

North Carolina secures the third spot despite a loss to Oklahoma, demonstrating resilience in an intensely competitive regional. The Tar Heels rebounded with a 10-run victory in Game 2 of their finals, bolstered by the remarkable performances of Gavin Gallaher, who hit over .720 including three home runs, and Jake Knapp, who pitched eight scoreless innings.

Florida State lands at No. 4, convincingly sweeping through their regionals with two wins over Mississippi State. Myles Bailey emerged as the standout star, hitting .556 and launching two home runs.

Oregon State takes the fifth spot after overcoming an initial loss to Saint Mary's by storming through the elimination bracket. The Beavers' offense exploded, scoring 20 runs in a rematch against Saint Mary's and then defeating USC twice with scores of 14 and 9 runs. Trent Caraway's five home runs were a crucial factor in their success.

LSU sits at No. 6, having to recover from an unexpected loss to Little Rock. The Tigers displayed resilience by winning the deciding game 10-6, thanks to strong pitching from Kade Anderson and Anthony Eyanson, followed by an effective offensive showing.

Coastal Carolina moves to No. 7 after sweeping the weekend with two wins over East Carolina, avoiding a matchup with Florida and scoring 18 runs in one of their games.

Tennessee makes a significant jump to No. 8 after navigating a tough regional that included a loss to Wake Forest, followed by an 11-5 victory. Closer Liam Doyle helped secure the win with critical plays.

UCLA climbs to No. 9, exceeding expectations with an offensive explosion throughout the weekend, highlighted by Payton Brennan's standout performance at the plate.

Louisville ascends to No. 10, emerging from unseeded to the top 10 by making it out of Vanderbilt's regional. The Cardinals defeated the No. 1 seed in a tight 3-2 game and then outlasted Wright State, who had upset Vanderbilt in the elimination bracket.

UTSA jumps to No. 11, advancing to its first-ever super regional after upsetting the No. 2 overall seed Texas twice in the regionals. UTSA's capacity to produce runs and execute outstanding defensive plays has proven them to be formidable opponents.

Duke is at No. 12 after an impressive showing in Georgia's regional, with Wallace Clark hitting over .640.

West Virginia follows at No. 13 after victories over Clemson and a narrow win over Kentucky in the regional final. The Mountaineers, along with UTSA and Duke, are considered to be in the same competitive tier.

Arizona is ranked at No. 14, having achieved a commanding 14-0 victory over Cal Poly, with Aaron Walton’s excellent 4-for-5 performance and six RBIs.

Miami occupies the No. 15 spot due to their successful takedown of Alabama and Southern Miss, snagging a one-run victory in the regional final against the hosts.

Lastly, Murray State rounds out the rankings at No. 16, making history by advancing to their first super regional after defeating Ole Miss and Georgia Tech. Dustin Mercer hit over .550, leading the team through an exceptionally challenging regional.
