In a surprising turn of events, Ben Affleck was taken aback when his wife, Jennifer Lopez, shared his private love letters with songwriters for her upcoming album, "This Is Me... Now." The revelation came to light in a preview for Lopez's forthcoming Amazon Prime documentary, "This Is Me... Now: A Love Story."

According to Variety, Lopez invited musicians to their home and gave them access to Affleck's letters, titled "The Greatest Love Story Never Told," as inspiration for her album. However, as fate would have it, Affleck walked in on the moment, witnessing the intimate letters being passed around.

Expressing his astonishment, Affleck, 51, spoke candidly to the camera about finding beauty, poetry, and irony in the fact that his love story with Lopez had remained untold until now. The actress, 54, had previously given fans a peek into her husband's romantic writings, teasing their existence in a teaser of the documentary released in November.

One particular scene showed Lopez holding a letter dated December 24, 2002, which seemed to be from Affleck. The couple, who tied the knot in Vegas in July 2022 after starring together in "Gigli," had kept their love story largely private until now.

Lopez has described the documentary as the "most honest thing she's done," aiming to dispel misconceptions about her life. In an interview with Vogue in November 2022, she stated that people often have inaccurate judgments about her experiences and emphasized that they "get it so wrong."

"This Is Me... Now: A Love Story" is set to be released on February 27 on Amazon Prime, while Lopez's album is scheduled to drop on February 16. Fans are eagerly awaiting both releases, eager to gain insight into the enigmatic love story between Affleck and Lopez that has captivated their imagination for years.
