The Pittsburgh Steelers' offense displayed signs of improvement in their 16-10 road win over the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday. This marked their first game since offensive coordinator Matt Canada was fired, and the team managed to pick up 424 yards of offense, a significant milestone for them.

It had been over a year since the Steelers last recorded at least 400 yards of offense, making this achievement a positive step in the right direction for the struggling offense. Despite not putting up a high number of points, the Steelers' ability to move the ball effectively was evident throughout the game.

Rookie running back Najee Harris played a crucial role, rushing for 99 yards and securing a touchdown on 15 carries. His performance showcased his versatility and impact on the ground game. Jaylen Warren also contributed to the running attack with 15 carries for 49 yards, although he lost a fumble near the Bengals' end zone in the first half.

Quarterback Kenny Pickett showed promise, throwing for 278 yards. He connected well with tight end Pat Freiermuth, who hauled in nine catches for an impressive total of 120 receiving yards. Wide receivers George Pickens and Diontae Johnson combined for over 100 receiving yards, with Pickens' 43-yard reception setting up one of Chris Boswell's three field goals.

The Steelers' defense also played a significant role in the victory. Despite an early 7-3 deficit due to a Jake Browning touchdown pass, the defense stepped up in the second half. Steelers defensive back Trenton Thompson intercepted Browning, setting up a touchdown by Najee Harris. Browning, in his first NFL start, finished with 227 passing yards on 19-of-26 completions.

Looking ahead, Browning will aim to improve his performance as the Bengals face the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 13. Meanwhile, the Steelers will be hosting the Arizona Cardinals, hoping to build on the positive momentum they gained in this victory.

The Steelers' offense showed glimpses of potential as they amassed 424 yards of offense in their win against the Bengals, marking a significant milestone for the team this season. With improvements in the running game and effective passing, the Steelers' offense is eager to continue their upward trajectory in the coming weeks.
