The offensive lineman's absence from practice was later clarified as non-injury related, with Zeitler listed as receiving a rest day.

With Humphrey back in the lineup, the Ravens gain the services of a strong option in the slot, particularly valuable when defending against tight end Travis Kelce. Humphrey has previously excelled as a slot cornerback in the NFL. However, due to the emergence of safety Kyle Hamilton, the Ravens have not utilized Humphrey in that role as frequently this season. Compared to 2020, Humphrey's snaps at the slot have reduced significantly, from 168 to just 26 this season. In the 2021 season so far, before the addition of Hamilton, Humphrey had played 204 snaps (27.3%) inside at slot.

In addition to Humphrey, cornerback Rock Ya-Sin was also limited in practice, indicating that both players may have some lingering issues. Similarly, Phillips, who returned to the field alongside Humphrey, was limited as well.
