Kevin Turen, one of the founders of Little Lamb Productions, has tragically passed away at the age of 44. The cause of his death is currently unknown.
Kevin's passing has deeply affected the entertainment industry, as he was known for his significant contributions to Hollywood. Jay Penske, CEO of PMC, and a close friend of Kevin, expressed his sorrow in a heartfelt statement. Penske said, "Despite his many achievements in Hollywood, Kevin's greatest passion was his family and friends. He was so proud of his children. Born on August 16, 1979, in New York City, Kevin Turen pursued his passion for cinema by studying at Columbia University before making his way to Los Angeles. There, he formed a close partnership with Sam Levinson and Ashley Levinson, ultimately co-founding the successful Little Lamb Productions.
One of their notable productions is the HBO drama series Euphoria, which gained critical acclaim. The series, starring Zendaya, Hunter Schrafer, Jacob Elordi, Alexa Demie, Sydney Sweeney, and Maude Apatow, brought home two Emmy awards for Zendaya. Fans of the show eagerly await the upcoming third season, which is expected to commence production in December.
Kevin Turen also produced The Idol, a creation of Sam Levinson, as well as the feature film Pieces of a Woman (2020), which showcased Vanessa Kirby's exceptional performance and earned her an Academy Award nomination.
Furthermore, Kevin had a close working relationship with Ti West and produced X (2022) and Pearl (2022), the first two parts of the X trilogy, featuring Mia Goth in the lead role.
