An investigation into Formula 1's Red Bull Racing principal, Christian Horner, has concluded, clearing him of workplace misconduct allegations made against him by a female employee. The allegations of "coercive behavior" were dismissed following a thorough and fair independent investigation conducted by a specialist barrister, as confirmed by Red Bull. 79 screenshots containing WhatsApp messages and photos between Horner and the female employee were anonymously leaked shortly after he was cleared of the accusations.

The leaked messages were reportedly circulated to a wide audience, including F1 leaders such as chief executive Stefano Domenicali and FIA president Mohammad Ben Sulayem, with nearly 200 people copied on the email. Horner's wife, former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell, was said to be deeply emotional over the allegations, as stated in a report by The Sun.

Despite the leaked messages, Horner has maintained his denial of the allegations and expressed his commitment to focusing on the upcoming F1 season. The star driver of Red Bull, Max Verstappen, who has won the world championship for the last three years, has not been directly involved in the controversy.

The principal of rival team McLaren, Zak Brown, has called for transparency in the investigation process, urging F1 and the FIA to ensure accountability and integrity in the sport. Details of the specific allegations against Horner have not been disclosed, and the complainant has the right to appeal the investigation's decision.

As the F1 community continues to navigate this unfolding situation, the sport remains under scrutiny to uphold standards of conduct and fair play both on and off the track.
