Wynonna Judd's daughter, Grace Kelley, is facing another legal predicament after her recent arrest in Alabama. According to booking records, Kelley has now been charged with soliciting prostitution on top of her initial charges of indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations.

The incident unfolded on April 5 when Kelley was allegedly spotted exposing herself at the intersection of Interstate 65 and Highway 14 in Millbrook, Alabama. Charging documents obtained by AL.com revealed that she exposed her breasts and lower body. Kelley, 27, was subsequently booked at the Elmore County Jail at 5:05 p.m. and has since been residing in Millbrook.

Reports suggest that Kelley refused to cooperate with the authorities, as she sat on the roadside and declined to show her identification upon detainment. Her first court date has been scheduled for April 11.

This is not Kelley's first encounter with the law. In 2016, she was arrested for meth possession and was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail and attend a drug recovery program. Unfortunately, she prematurely left the program, resulting in an eight-year sentence at the West Tennessee State Penitentiary. Kelley was granted parole and released in November 2019 but was subsequently arrested in August 2021 for a probation violation. She faced another arrest in May 2023 after violating an order of protection and her parole. Kelley was released from prison in October 2023.

In March 2022, Kelley gave birth to her daughter, Kaliyah Chanel, while on a temporary leave of absence from jail. Wynonna, 59, has taken on the responsibility of caring for her grandchild. In an interview on Today in October 2022, Wynonna expressed how Kaliyah has been a source of solace for her, providing hope and distracting her from her grief following the tragic death of her mother, Naomi Judd.

Naomi Judd died in April 2022 from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at the age of 76. Just a day after her passing, she and Wynonna were posthumously inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.

As of now, Wynonna Judd has not made any public statements regarding her daughter's recent legal troubles. The situation continues to unfold, and Kelley's court proceedings will shed more light on the consequences she may face for the charges brought against her.
