AUSTIN, Texas - In anticipation of a potential tropical system making its way towards the Gulf Coast, Texas Governor Greg Abbott has taken proactive measures by mobilizing additional emergency response resources through the Texas Department of Emergency Management (TDEM).
As the severe storm system approaches, Governor Abbott assures the people of Texas that the state is prepared to provide all necessary resources to support them. Flash flooding threats and heavy rainfall are expected, prompting the activation of emergency measures to ensure the safety of residents.
