In a remarkable turn of events, a 19-year-old teenager has miraculously survived a harrowing 400ft fall off a canyon in Washington state, escaping with only minimal injuries, according to local authorities. The incident occurred on Saturday below the towering High Steel Bridge, located in the Olympic national forest, approximately 100 miles outside of Seattle.

The teenager, whose identity remains undisclosed, had ventured onto a path that was clearly marked as unsafe for exploration. Due to the treacherous and slippery conditions surrounding the bridge, he lost his footing and plunged below, prompting an urgent rescue operation that lasted for nearly two hours.

Rescue teams from the Mason County Sheriff's Office and Fire Department swiftly mobilized to locate and save the stranded teenager. With the assistance of binoculars, rescuers were able to pinpoint his location. To bring him back to safety, a courageous firefighter was harnessed and climbed the bridge before descending beneath it.
