Kessler, who has a criminal record and no known address, has been charged with burglary by the sheriff's office. Despite an arrest warrant being issued for him, he remains at large as law enforcement agencies work diligently to locate and apprehend him.
The sheriff's office has reported that Kessler has been residing in the Washington area since at least 2018 and holds a California driver's license.
