### Fourth Escaped Inmate Recaptured in New Orleans

Louisiana State Police announced on Monday that they have recaptured Gary C. Price, the fourth inmate out of a group of ten who escaped from New Orleans' main jail last week. Price, 21, was located in the city and is being held on charges of first-degree murder, awaiting court proceedings without bond.

According to officials, Price will be moved to a secure state facility away from the local area soon. Despite this success, six inmates still remain at large. The jailbreak occurred shortly after midnight on Friday at the Orleans Parish Justice Center, where the inmates escaped through a rectangular hole behind a bathroom fixture in a cell.

The ongoing manhunt involves more than 200 law enforcement officers, and authorities express confidence in their efforts. A reward for information leading to the capture of each escaped inmate has risen to $20,000. "We're confident at this time that we have actual intelligence on all of those fugitives," stated Col. Robert Hodges, the state police superintendent, during a Sunday night press conference.

Orleans Parish Sheriff Susan Hutson indicated that internal collusion might have facilitated the escape. Consequently, three personnel from her department have been placed on leave without pay while an investigation is conducted. The state attorney general's office is also probing into the circumstances surrounding the escape.
