BRAINTREE, Mass. - A terrifying series of attacks unfolded over the weekend in Braintree, Massachusetts, as a man identified as Jared Ravizza carried out multiple stabbings at a movie theater and a local McDonald's. The 26-year-old suspect, hailing from Chilmark on Martha's Vineyard, was apprehended by police following a dramatic chase on Saturday night.

The first incident occurred around 6 p.m. on Saturday at the AMC Braintree 10 movie theater, located just south of Boston. Ravizza reportedly entered one of the theaters without paying and proceeded to launch a sudden and unprovoked attack on a group of girls aged 9 to 17. According to the Braintree Police Department, the assailant "without saying anything and without any warning" assaulted the girls before swiftly fleeing the scene. Fortunately, the victims sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were promptly transported to nearby hospitals for treatment.

Law enforcement received a significant breakthrough in the investigation when video footage from the movie theater captured the suspect's vehicle and its license plate.
