In a dramatic turn of events, the Kremlin has prepared a significant military force comprised of 50,000 Russian and North Korean troops aimed at retaking the territories seized by Ukraine in a surprise offensive earlier this year. The deployment of North Korean soldiers in Kursk has been observed by US and Ukrainian officials, with reports from the New York Times confirming their training and presence.
