The LCCO officials confirmed Toczylowski as the resident of the house that was engulfed in the explosion.

To establish the identity of the deceased, the LCCO's forensic odontologist performed a thorough dental examination and compared the findings with Toczylowski's dental records. The identification process was successfully completed, allowing the LCCO to confirm the man's identity.
