**Jameis Winston Leads Browns to Victory Despite Rough Start in Week 8**

In an unexpected twist, the Cleveland Browns chalked up a stunning victory last week against the Baltimore Ravens, thanks to quarterback Jameis Winston. Making his first start of the year, Winston overcame a challenging game where he threw three interceptions in Week 9 against the Chargers, bouncing back to pass for 334 yards and three touchdowns.

Head coach Kevin Stefanski reminisced about the day the team signed Winston. "I remember talking to Jameis as we were signing him or prior to signing him," Stefanski recounted, according to ESPN's Daniel Oyefusi. He emphasized Winston's consistent enthusiasm, noting, "Jameis, as you guys know, he's the same guy all the time, whether it's on the phone or in person or at 5:00 a.m. or 5:00 p.m. He has a ton of energy, great enthusiasm for the game and loves to talk football and X's and O's."

Joel Bitonio, the Browns' left guard, credited Winston’s energy and self-assurance for their turnaround. "He was very confident in the huddle," Bitonio remarked. "He was talking the whole time. Some of the stuff he was saying was a little bit out there, but he was ready to go. And no matter what, we're coming back the next play. If there was a bad play or a penalty or something like that, we were ready to roll."

Bitonio added that Winston's high energy has been a consistent trait since he joined the team. "Just a lot of energy. He (brought) a lot of energy. But he's been like that since he's been here, so it was expected."

In a parallel narrative, Browns linebacker Bishop shared insights into the value of reviewing game film, noting his regular sessions with Coach Tomlin. "People know I watch film with coach Tomlin on Friday mornings before meetings," he told Joe Rutter of TribLive. "But early in the week, when I get here, he's seen me, and we watch this or that. I see what he's looking at, and he's giving me tips."

In a recent session, Bishop revealed that Tomlin proactively reached out to him. "He planted a bug in my ear. I came in Tuesday to get my workout in. He said, 'You got a minute?' We went up to his office. Last week, I asked him if he had a minute."

Winston's remarkable debut and the team's collective efforts have given the Browns a refreshing momentum, sparking hope for the games ahead.
