In a shocking development, the FBI has launched an investigation into the devastating collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore that occurred last month. Two sources familiar with the matter have revealed that the probe aims to ascertain whether any criminal wrongdoing took place during the incident.

According to an insider, the focus of the investigation is to determine whether the ship's crew had knowledge of potential issues with the vessel before leaving port. On Monday morning, FBI agents were reportedly seen boarding the cargo ship named Dali, as confirmed by the Justice Department.

"The FBI is present aboard the cargo ship Dali conducting court authorized law enforcement activity," stated the FBI Baltimore in a brief statement, with no further details provided.
