Reports emerged on September 12 around 2:15 p.m. that a 63-year-old driver was operating a silver GMC Sierra pickup truck erratically in Mount Clemens, located approximately 25 miles outside Detroit. Miron, joined by Deputy Anthony Gross, sprang into action as they caught up with the truck and initiated their lights and siren.

Despite their attempts to pull the driver over, the vehicle continued at a slow 5 mph pace, prompting Miron to make a risky move. Realizing that the truck was barely moving due to being in park, she swiftly shifted the gear and managed to stop the vehicle. Upon investigation, they discovered that the driver was disoriented and unaware of the situation.
