In a shocking turn of events, a violent illegal immigrant, Jhoan Boada, made a vulgar gesture at reporters after being released from custody. Boada had been arrested for participating in a mob attack on two NYPD officers in Times Square.

The 22-year-old offender showed no remorse as he flipped his middle fingers at the press, accompanied by a smirk, outside the Midtown South Precinct in Manhattan. Dressed in a black Los Angeles Lakers shirt and khakis, Boada sported a distinct tattoo on his left forearm.

The assault took place near a migrant shelter close to the popular tourist destination, New Amsterdam theater. Boada and several other illegal immigrants were involved in the brutal attack on an NYPD officer and lieutenant, which was caught on camera and has sparked widespread condemnation.

Currently, seven illegal immigrants have been charged in relation to this heinous act. Earlier this week, Darwin Andres Gomez Izquiel, Kelvin Servat Arocha, Juarez Wilson, and Yorman Reveron faced charges including assault on a police officer, gang assault, obstructing governmental administration, and disorderly conduct. Two additional migrants, Yohenry Brito and Jandry Barros, were arrested and charged with robbery and felony assault for stealing an officer's cell phone during the attack.

The disturbing video footage shows the NYPD officers asking the migrants to move, leading to a scuffle. One suspect wearing a yellow jacket kicks an officer on the ground twice, while another suspect in a red top kicks him in the back. The assault continues as a suspect in a backpack attempts a swinging kick towards the officer's head but falls to the ground in the process. The suspects quickly flee the scene.

Thankfully, the officers involved only sustained minor injuries and received treatment at the scene. One officer suffered cuts to the face, while the other experienced bruising on the body.

The NYPD is actively pursuing at least two more suspects related to this attack. During a news conference, John Chell, the NYPD Chief of Patrol, condemned the behavior of the individuals involved, labeling the attack as "reprehensible." He referred to the suspects as "cowards" for targeting law enforcement officers and attempting to kick them in the face.

As the investigation continues, the public is encouraged to provide any information that may lead to the identification and apprehension of the remaining suspects. The NYPD remains committed to ensuring the safety and protection of all officers while holding those accountable for their violent actions.
