In a recent development, former President Donald Trump has unleashed a barrage of verbal attacks against the judge overseeing his New York civil fraud trial, Arthur Engoron. The outburst comes after Judge Engoron issued a ruling requiring Ivanka Trump, Trump's daughter, to testify in the case. Trump took to Truth Social, a social media platform of his own, to air his grievances.

Calling the judge "unhinged" and "an out of control 'Nut Job,'" Trump expressed his vehement disagreement with the decision to compel Ivanka's testimony. Trump argued that she should be exempted from testifying since she was dismissed as a defendant back in June.

Trump further disparaged Judge Engoron, labeling him "grossly incompetent," "a partisan political hack," and a "Radical Trump Hater." This is not the first instance where Trump has attacked Engoron or others involved in the case, including New York Attorney General Tish James.

In a controversial move, Trump publicly posted a picture of Judge Engoron's clerk alongside Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, mistakenly labeling her as Schumer's 'girlfriend.' In response, the judge imposed a gag order on Trump, prohibiting him from making disparaging remarks about court staff.

However, Trump's defiance of the order led to a $10,000 fine on Wednesday, marking his second violation. Despite these developments, Trump continues to face legal troubles as James filed a lawsuit against him last year, accusing him of extensive business fraud. In addition, there are ongoing criminal investigations at both the state and federal levels.

The animosity between Trump and Judge Engoron only adds fuel to an already fiery legal battle. As the case proceeds, the focus now remains on whether Ivanka Trump will indeed testify and what impact her testimony could have on the overall proceedings. The civil fraud trial continues to captivate public attention, highlighting the ongoing legal scrutiny surrounding the former president.
