OXON HILL, Md. - An arrest has been made in connection with the armed carjacking of an off-duty Prince George's County Police officer near a popular outlet mall in National Harbor. Authorities have charged 19-year-old Anthony Stewart, while the search for a second suspect continues.

The incident occurred on Thursday when the off-duty officer was loading two family members into their personal vehicle in the parking lot of a commercial office building located at 6710 Oxon Hill Road.
