Shooting Incident Reported at Barton Creek Square Mall in Austin

AUSTIN (KXAN) - A shooting took place at Barton Creek Square Mall on Saturday afternoon, leaving one person injured, as confirmed by the Austin Police Department (APD).
According to APD, the incident occurred near the AMC theater and Cheesecake Factory, prompting a response from officers after a shots fired call was received at 4:43 p.m. At the moment, the extent of the victim's injuries remains unknown.
