The New Hampshire State Police announced on Sunday that Ashley is facing charges of first-degree assault and two counts of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon.

The incident took place around 11:50 a.m. when Pittsfield police officers responded to reports of shots fired in the area of 54 Main St. Upon arrival, they discovered two injured men in a nearby parking lot. The victims were promptly transported to Concord Hospital, where they are now reported to be in stable condition.
