NYC Announces Halloween Road Closures for Village Halloween Parade Celebrations

- 5th Avenue, from 14th Street to 19th Stree
- 7th Avenue, from 14th Street to 19th Street
- West 10th Street, from 6th Avenue to Greenwich Avenue
- Van Dam Street, from Varick Street to 5th Avenue
In addition to these road closures, the DOT is organizing over 100 "car-free Trick-or-Streets" events throughout the city.
