Southwest Ranches, FLA. - A fire broke out at the residence of Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill in Southwest Ranches, but firefighters managed to extinguish the blaze, ensuring the safety of Hill's family.

The incident occurred at 16755 Berkshire, prompting the swift response of Davie Fire Rescue. As black smoke billowed from the roof of the mansion, firefighters diligently searched for the source of the fire, even climbing onto the roof to assess the situation.

The Miami Dolphins promptly issued a statement, assuring that Tyreek Hill had been in communication with his family and that everyone had safely evacuated the house. Recognizing the severity of the situation, Hill left practice upon hearing the news to attend to his family.

Initially classified as a 2-alarm fire, additional firefighters arrived at the scene, allowing them to quickly gain control and successfully extinguish the flames.

Wednesday's incident came as a shock for Hill, who had been actively preparing for the Dolphins' upcoming regular-season finale against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday night.

Video footage captured Hill outside his home, deeply engaged in conversation with his family, as they dealt with the aftermath of the fire.
