Brown claims that one of Yazdi's Instagram posts violates confidentiality agreements she had signed with him.

According to legal documents obtained by ET, the restraining order was issued due to a specific Instagram post, although it was not specifically named. Yazdi's recent posts have centered around topics such as gratitude, self-empowerment, and "reemergence."

The couple, who secretly tied the knot in Coweta County, Georgia, on August 31, 2023, announced their separation in December of the same year. In a joint statement, they confirmed that they were in the process of divorce while maintaining mutual respect for each other.

TMZ was the first to report on the couple's separation, as fans noticed clues like Yazdi deactivating and then reactivating her Instagram account without Brown's last name in her bio. She also unfollowed the Zac Brown Band frontman and removed all photos of him from her profile.

This will be Brown's second divorce, having previously been married to Shelly Brown for 12 years before their split in 2018. The former couple shares five children together.

ET has reached out to lawyers representing both parties for statements, but no response has been received at the time of this report. As the legal proceedings unfold, Brown and Yazdi have requested privacy during this difficult time.

As the public awaits further updates in this matter, the temporary restraining order highlights the growing complexities in the ongoing divorce proceedings between Zac Brown and Kelly Yazdi.
