The defense allowed just six offensive points from Indianapolis, all from field goals, while their only touchdown came from a disputed scoop and score caused by Sam Darnold.

Similarly, Bleacher Report's NFL Staff advanced the Vikings two spots to No. 6. Despite turnovers from quarterback Sam Darnold, who fumbled once and threw two interceptions, Darnold redeemed himself by throwing three touchdown passes in the second half. Contributions from key players like Justin Jefferson helped secure the win.
