The tenure of veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers with the New York Jets appears increasingly uncertain as the 2024 season looms. Through 11 games this season, Rodgers has posted an 88.9 passer rating, marking one of the lowest in his career.

Following the Jets' decision to part ways with general manager Joe Douglas and coach Robert Saleh over the past six weeks, speculation about Rodgers' future with the team has grown. According to Diana Russini of The Athletic, it is "increasingly likely" that Rodgers could either be placed on injured reserve or benched in the coming weeks.
