However, despite the excitement generated by his post, Hill later clarified his stance when asked about rejoining his former team, the Chiefs, who are in need of a wide receiver. According to the Palm Beach Post's Joe Schad, Hill expressed his intention to remain with the Dolphins in South Florida.

This playful trolling didn't completely overshadow some of the more substantial rumors circulating in the league, including news about wide receiver Davante Adams.
