The foundation made two significant donations of $50,000 each to the Reyes Family, whose two daughters were injured during the incident. This compassionate gesture from Kelce's foundation follows the $200,000 contribution made by the Chiefs and the United Way of Greater Kansas City to the KC Strong emergency response fund, dedicated to supporting victims, their families, violence prevention initiatives, mental health services, and first responders.

Further support came from Kelce's girlfriend, global superstar Taylor Swift, who also made two substantial donations of $50,000 each to a GoFundMe campaign for the family of Lisa Lopez-Galvan, the tragic casualty of the shooting. The Chief's player's contributions and those of his partner highlight a powerful show of community solidarity in the face of this heartbreaking event. The Steven St. John Show on 810 WHB Sports Radio first reported Kelce's donations, with a GoFundMe representative confirming the generous acts to CNN on Friday.

Acknowledging the severity of the situation, the Kansas City Chiefs and the United Way of Greater Kansas City promptly launched the KC Strong fund to provide immediate assistance to the affected individuals and their loved ones. Two adolescents are currently facing charges for their alleged involvement in the shooting that left more than 20 people injured and one woman dead. CNN has made inquiries to Travis Kelce's spokesperson and foundation for additional comments on this heartwarming contribution to the victims of the Super Bowl parade tragedy.
