Eight individuals lost their lives in a devastating crash in Madera County, California early Friday morning. The incident occurred after 6 a.m. near Road 22 and Avenue 7, involving a head-on collision between a van and a pick-up truck. Sadly, seven occupants of the van and one person from the truck perished in the accident. The sole survivor from the van sustained critical injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment. California Highway Patrol officers revealed that most of the van's occupants were not wearing seatbelts, and while no identities have been disclosed, it was noted that only men were present in the crash.
