Suspect Named in Bucks County Shootings; Police on the Hunt for Andre Gordon

In a tragic turn of events on Saturday morning, multiple people were shot and killed in separate incidents in Levittown, Bucks County. Authorities have named 26-year-old Andre Gordon as the prime suspect and are currently providing ongoing updates on the case.
The first shooting occurred at approximately 8:52 a.m. on Viewpoint Lane in Levittown. Two individuals residing in a home on that block were shot and killed. Following this incident, at around 9:01 a.m., another person was fatally shot on Edgewood Lane in Levittown.
In addition to these shootings, Gordon is also believed to have committed a carjacking at gunpoint in the Dollar General parking lot on Bristol Pike in Morrisville at about 9:13 a.m. Thankfully, the car's owner was unharmed during the incident.
Officials have recovered a 2016 dark gray Honda CRV, with Pennsylvania registration KFR 1534, which Gordon is suspected to have stolen. The vehicle bears a distinctive 'Namaste' sticker in white lettering on the right side of the rear bumper.
Gordon is considered extremely dangerous, as he is believed to be armed with an assault rifle. Law enforcement officials have stated that he may also possess additional weapons. Authorities are urging anyone who spots Gordon or the stolen vehicle to contact 911 immediately.
As of 1 p.m., police SWAT teams have surrounded a residence on Phillips Avenue in Trenton, where Gordon is believed to have fled to. Reports indicate that he has barricaded himself inside the house and may have taken hostages, but details regarding the number and identity of the hostages have not been disclosed.
Gordon, described as approximately six-foot, one-inch tall with a thin build, was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt. He is said to have known all of his victims, with the exception of the carjacking victim. Authorities believe he has ties to the Trenton, NJ, area and is currently homeless.
Law enforcement officials are working diligently to apprehend Gordon and plan to provide an update on the case at 2 p.m. The event will be livestreamed for the public.
Residents in Falls Township, Bucks County were advised to shelter in place earlier, but the order has since been lifted as of about 12:30 p.m. The Falls Township Police Department, along with the Bucks County District Attorney's Office and other law enforcement agencies, are conducting an active investigation into the shootings.
Meanwhile, State Rep. Steve Santarsiero announced the cancellation of the county's St. Patrick's Day parade, which was scheduled for Saturday morning, due to the emergency situation. State Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick also confirmed that the incidents involved both a carjacking and shootings in different parts of Falls Township.
The community remains on high alert, and authorities are urging residents to report any suspicious activity to 911. As the search for Andre Gordon continues, the safety of the public remains a top priority for law enforcement officials in Bucks County.
