A man suspected in the brutal killing of a woman inside a New York City hotel on February 8 has been apprehended in Arizona for allegedly stabbing two women. Raad Almansoori, 26, has been identified as a person of interest in the death of Denisse Oleas-Arancibia, 38, found deceased in her SoHo hotel room, with police ruling her death as a homicide. The suspect was arrested in Arizona after a knifepoint carjacking in Phoenix on February 17, followed by another stabbing the next day in Sunrise, Arizona.

New York City Police Department Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny stated that Almansoori likely engaged in a dispute over the duration of his stay in the hotel room with the victim.
