In an exciting announcement made during the Summer Games Fest, the highly anticipated fighting game, Street Fighter 6, revealed its Year 2 DLC characters. Fans were thrilled to learn that familiar faces such as Terry and Mai will make their debut in the franchise, along with the iconic M. Bison.

The Year 2 Character Pass will see the arrival of M. Bison this summer, followed by Terry in the fall and Mai in winter of 2025. Lastly, Elena will join the roster in the spring of 2025. This marks the first time that characters from Terry and Mai's respective franchises will be featured in a Street Fighter game.

The game, which originally launched in June 2023, has already introduced a diverse range of characters including Ryu, Chun-li, and Luke, who is the final playable DLC character for the Year 1 Character Pass, released on May 22.

Street Fighter 6 has also welcomed a new addition to its roster with Jamie, a breakdancing kickboxer, making his debut in the franchise. Alongside Jamie, players have the opportunity to control various returning characters like Manon, Kimberly, Marisa, Lily, JP, Juri, Dee Jay, Cammy, E. Honda, Blanka, Guile, Ken, Zangief, and Dhalsim.

For those eager to expand their gameplay experience, the first round of DLC characters for the game includes returning favorites Rashid, Ed, and Akuma, as well as the introduction of new character A.K.I. Players have the option to purchase characters individually or obtain them all through the season pass.

In addition to the character updates, Street Fighter 6 enthusiasts can also enhance their fighters' appearance with new costumes. As of December 1, 18 characters received new outfit options, allowing players to further personalize their gameplay experience.
