Sean "Diddy" Combs, the prominent founder of Bad Boy Entertainment, is facing another serious accusation of sexual assault. This twelfth allegation comes from a Florida-based entrepreneur and model, who has chosen to remain anonymous under the pseudonym Jane Doe. According to court documents acquired by Rolling Stone, the plaintiff alleges that Combs repeatedly pressured her into non-consensual activities with others despite her objections. Her lawsuit, filed in New York City, invokes the Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act and comes on the heels of Combs' recent arrest on charges including sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy.

The relationship between the woman and Combs allegedly began in the fall of 2020 after they met overseas. It reportedly ended in July of this year. The lawsuit details a history of coercion, harassment, and assault over the span of four years, during which she claims Combs and his employees arranged her travel to various homes in Los Angeles, Miami, New York, and other cities. The woman alleges she was subjected to physical and emotional abuse during each visit, often waking up with injuries and no memory of how they occurred.

Among the more harrowing details, the woman claims that she was drugged with alcohol and unknown substances, forced to ingest ketamine, and coerced into performing for Combs. On one occasion at Combs' Miami home in spring 2022, she woke to find her feet bruised and purple, with a bite mark on her heel. Later that year, in Los Angeles, after being forced to take ketamine, she discovered she was pregnant and subsequently suffered a miscarriage after allegedly being pressured by Combs' then-partner, rapper Yung Miami.

The woman further asserts that Combs maintained control over her through surveillance, financial manipulation, and ongoing harassment. Her final encounter with him occurred when he allegedly shoved pills into her mouth, leading her to wake up the next morning feeling ill and disoriented in a ransacked bedroom.

This lawsuit is part of a broader pattern of allegations against Combs. Notably, it arrives just days after Thalia Graves filed her lawsuit accusing Combs of drugging and raping her in 2001, as well as recording and distributing the assault. Similar accusations have been made by Joi Dickerson-Neal and Liza Gardner, who allege incidents dating back to the early 1990s.

The extent of the allegations has only expanded throughout this year, with several other women coming forward with claims of violent sexual assaults, further intensifying scrutiny on Combs. The gravity and volume of these accusations have prompted federal raids on Combs' residences in Los Angeles and Miami Beach, and many are now awaiting further developments in the legal battles ahead.
