In a recent report released by Ookla, it has been revealed that Samsung's latest flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S24 lineup, showcased faster median 5G performance compared to the iPhone 15 series in the majority of countries tested. The findings were shared by Ookla in a detailed blog post, capturing data from February 1 to March 24 across Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa, Europe, and North America.

Ookla's study compared the performance of the Galaxy S24 lineup (along with earlier Samsung devices) to the iPhone 15 smartphones. According to the report, the Samsung Galaxy S24 family demonstrated a statistically significant lead in median 5G download speeds in seven out of the 15 countries included in the study.
