**Nothing Announces Launch of First Over-Ear Headphones and New Phone**

Nothing CEO Carl Pei has officially confirmed that the company is set to launch its inaugural over-ear headphones, named "Nothing Headphone (1)," next month. Speaking at SXSW London, Pei announced that both the Nothing Phone (3) and Nothing Headphone (1) are scheduled to debut on July 1.

Pei mentioned that the launch of the Nothing Headphone (1) represents a significant step for the company as it aims to elevate its audio product offerings. The new headphones mark the company's entry into a whole new product category, as it continues to focus on advancing its audio technology in 2025.

Despite the official launch date being July 1, rumors suggest that the headphones may not be available to consumers until September. According to a reliable leaker, the Nothing Headphone (1) is expected to retail at $299 USD.

Previously, Nothing hinted that these over-ear headphones would compete with high-end options like the AirPods Max in terms of audio quality, along with boasting an attractive design. However, no images of the headphones have been leaked just yet.
