**Richardson Shines with 69-Yard Touchdown Pass in Colts' Lead Over Texans**

HOUSTON -- Quarterback Anthony Richardson is making headlines once again with his impressive playmaking abilities for the Indianapolis Colts.

The Colts managed to take a 10-3 lead over the Houston Texans thanks to Richardson connecting with receiver Josh Downs for a spectacular 69-yard touchdown. This big play arose from a defensive error by the Texans, which allowed Downs to sprint to the end zone uncontested.

The scoring opportunity was set up cleverly by the Colts' offense. Receiver Alec Pierce ran a deep post route from one side of the field, inadvertently colliding with the defensive back assigned to cover Downs, who was also running a post route. This "natural pick" left Downs wide open on the other side.

Despite an oncoming rush from Texans' defensive tackle Folorunso Fatukasi, Richardson remained composed in the pocket. Fatukasi managed to hit Richardson just as he released the pass, but it did not deter the quarterback from completing what would become the longest pass of his career so far. This impressive completion surpassed his previous best, a 60-yard touchdown to Pierce in Week 1 against the same Houston Texans.

With this connection, Richardson and the Colts continue to demonstrate their big-play capability, adding excitement to their season.
