### Packers Face Vikings Without Key Defender Jaire Alexander
The Green Bay Packers will enter their Week 4 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings without star cornerback Jaire Alexander, who is sidelined due to quad and groin injuries. As a result, the Packers' defense will be missing a critical element in their efforts to contain Vikings' standout receiver Justin Jefferson.
Cornerback Alexander, along with fellow corner Carrington Valentine, is listed as inactive for the crucial showdown at Lambeau Field. The Packers have taken measures to address these absences by promoting Robert Rochell and Kamal Hadden from the practice squad to provide much-needed depth. Eric Stokes and Corey Ballentine are expected to step up as the starting cornerbacks.
On the offensive side, quarterback Jordan Love is set to start his first game post-recovery from a knee injury sustained on September 6 in Brazil. The Packers will, however, be without their first-round pick Jordan Morgan, and other key defensive players including Brenton Cox Jr. and Colby Wooden, who are also inactive.
The Vikings also have a few notable inactives, including starting linebacker Ivan Pace Jr., wide receiver Trishton Jackson, and cornerbacks Fabian Moreau and Dwight McGlothern. Despite these losses, the Vikings maintain a relatively healthy roster as they prepare to face off with their NFC North rivals.
The game will commence at noon CT with the Packers aiming to secure a victory despite their depleted roster. Both teams will need to adapt to the absences of key personnel to gain an edge in this pivotal contest.
