A New York pediatrician, Dr. Monika Woroniecka, tragically lost her life during a family road trip on Saturday when she fell out of a moving Airstream trailer, according to officials. The incident occurred on State Route 12E in the town of Brownville, upstate New York.

Eyewitnesses who were driving behind the trailer reported that they saw the passenger side door of the Airstream being blown open by the wind, causing Woroniecka's arm to hang out of the door. She was subsequently thrown from the trailer and hit her head on the side of the road. The witnesses immediately alerted the New York State Police.
