### Jets Snap Five-Game Losing Streak with Victory Over Texans

The New York Jets have finally halted their five-game losing streak, achieving a much-needed win against the Houston Texans on Thursday night. This triumph, which took place on Houston's home turf, broke a frustrating spell for the Jets and marked a significant milestone for their interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich, who recorded his first victory since stepping up from his role as defensive coordinator.

The game was also notable as the Jets' first win since the departure of former head coach Robert Saleh, following his dismissal by team owner Woody Johnson. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers, a future Pro Football Hall of Famer, was instrumental in this win. He threw for 211 yards and delivered three touchdowns with no interceptions, completing 22 out of 32 passes.

Rodgers expressed his support for Ulbrich in a postgame press conference. "We love him, care about him, appreciate the energy he brings to it," Rodgers said, highlighting the positive impact Ulbrich has had on the team since taking over.

Wide receiver Garrett Wilson was a standout performer, catching two of Rodgers' touchdown passes, one of which is already being celebrated as the finest catch of the 2024 NFL season. Additionally, Davante Adams caught his first touchdown with the Jets, showcasing the chemistry he shares with Rodgers from their previous seasons together.

With this victory, the Jets improved their record to 3-6. They will now enjoy a well-earned break before facing off against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 10 at State Farm Stadium.
