### NASA+ Goes Live as Crew-8 Prepares for Dragon Undocking

NASA's live broadcast has kicked off on NASA+ and the agency's website as Crew-8 prepares to undock from the International Space Station (ISS) aboard the SpaceX Dragon spacecraft. Audiences interested in watching the event unfold have multiple options, including various social media platforms.

At precisely 3:24 p.m. EDT, the hatches between the SpaceX Dragon and the ISS were securely closed in anticipation of undocking. This significant event will return NASA astronauts Matt Dominick, Mike Barratt, and Jeanette Epps, as well as Roscosmos cosmonaut Alexander Grebenkin, back to Earth.

The undocking procedure is scheduled for 5:05 p.m., with the spacecraft set to leave the Harmony module of the orbiting laboratory. The targeted splashdown is expected to occur at approximately 3:29 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 25, off the coast of Florida.

NASA will also provide detailed coverage of the deorbit burn, atmospheric re-entry, and splashdown phases beginning at 2:15 a.m. on NASA+ and through the agency's website.
