### Vikings' Christian Darrisaw Out for Season; T.J. Hockenson Activated
The Minnesota Vikings have dealt with a significant setback as head coach Kevin O'Connell announced that Christian Darrisaw, their starting left tackle, will miss the remainder of the season. Darrisaw is slated for knee surgery to repair his ACL and MCL following an injury in the recent match against the Rams.
In response to this loss, the Vikings are activating tight end T.J. Hockenson from the physically unable to perform list. Hockenson, who suffered similar ACL and MCL injuries in December 2023, had his 21-day practice window nearing its end.
Hockenson's return is a positive development for the team, as he was a formidable asset last season. He recorded 95 receptions totaling 960 yards and scored five touchdowns across 15 games. This move indicates the Vikings' hope that Hockenson can regain his form and contribute significantly to their offensive lineup.
