**Jacksonville Jaguars and Chicago Bears Gear Up for London Showdown**

The NFL returns to London for the second consecutive week, with the Jacksonville Jaguars set to face off against the Chicago Bears at 9:30 a.m. ET this Sunday on NFL Network and NFL+. This marks the first of two back-to-back London appearances for the Jaguars, who are determined to turn their season around after a challenging start.

Jacksonville, currently holding a 1-4 record, seeks to leverage its overseas experience to rekindle its season. Although the team endured a rocky beginning with four consecutive losses, they managed an impressive 2-0 streak during their London stint last year. Similarly, they aim to secure victories in their doubleheader against the Bears and Patriots, essential for maintaining playoff hopes upon their return to the United States.

Chicago enters the game with momentum, riding a two-game win streak. The offense has begun to gel under the leadership of No. 1 overall pick Caleb Williams, while the defense is on track to reach a top-five scoring finish for the first time since 2019. Securing another win on Sunday would highlight the Bears' rapid progress, considering they only reached their fourth win last season at the end of November.

One of the key highlights of Sunday’s game will be the showdown between two former No. 1 overall draft picks: Caleb Williams and Trevor Lawrence. Williams aims to extend his winning streak after besting Matthew Stafford’s Rams in Week 4. With a stellar 71.1% completion rate, 461 passing yards, and three touchdowns over the past two games, Williams is proving to be a formidable presence. On the other hand, Lawrence also enters the game in solid form, completing 82.4% of his passes for 371 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception in Week 5. However, Lawrence faces the daunting prospect of becoming the first quarterback ever to go 0-6 against fellow No. 1 picks if the Jaguars fall to the Bears.

Jacksonville’s defense faces a critical challenge. Although Chicago’s offensive line has allowed the fourth-most sacks in the league with 17, Caleb Williams has recently adapted well under pressure, maintaining a 116.9 passer rating over the last two games. Jacksonville’s defense, which allows an NFL-high 287.7 passing yards per game and ranks 28th in pressure percentage, will rely heavily on players like Travon Walker and Josh Hines-Allen to disrupt Williams’ rhythm and spark a turnover—something the secondary has yet to achieve this season.

Both teams also boast productive running back duos. For Jacksonville, Travis Etienne and Tank Bigsby have each surpassed 230 rushing yards. Bigsby, in particular, has experienced a significant turnaround, leading the NFL with 8.0 yards per carry following a challenging rookie season. Meanwhile, Chicago’s D’Andre Swift has rebounded from a sluggish start, amassing 93 and 73 rushing yards in his last two outings, and Roschon Johnson has become a reliable goal-line presence with three touchdowns in recent weeks.

As the Jaguars and Bears prepare for their London clash, both teams will be eager to secure a victory that could serve as a pivotal moment in their respective seasons.
