**Key Receivers Ruled Out for Week 10: Bills and Colts Grapple with Injuries**

As Week 10 of the NFL season approaches, the Buffalo Bills and the Indianapolis Colts face significant setbacks, with both teams ruling out essential wide receivers from Sunday's clash. The Bills, in particular, find themselves in a precarious position.

The Bills will be without rookie wide receiver Keon Coleman, who sustained an injury at the end of their Week 9 victory over the Miami Dolphins. The collision with Dolphins' safety Jordan Poyer left Coleman sidelined, and despite his presence at practice without visible supports like a brace, bandage, or cast, he did not participate in any practices leading up to the game. Bills head coach Sean McDermott has confirmed that Coleman will miss multiple weeks due to his wrist injury but reassured fans that Coleman will not be placed on Injured Reserve (IR), anticipating his return before the IR window necessitates.

Adding to the Bills' offensive woes, wide receiver Amari Cooper is listed as questionable for the second consecutive weekend. Cooper, who joined the Bills from the Cleveland Browns just before Week 7, has been a remarkable addition, making an immediate impact with four catches for 66 yards and a touchdown in his debut match. However, a slip on the wet turf in Seattle during Week 8 led to a nagging injury that has limited his participation in practices. Cooper was spotted wearing a small cast on his hand, prompting speculation about the extent of his injury.

Moreover, Curtis Samuel's status remains uncertain as he continues to nurse a pectoral injury sustained in Week 7. Samuel missed Week 8, returned in Week 9 while Cooper sat out, and is now listed as questionable once again. The Bills also have concerns over fullback Reggie Gilliam with a hip injury and linebacker Baylon Spector, whose new injury surfaced during Friday's practice.

On the other side of the field, the Colts will also be missing a key player. Wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr., who has been battling a persistent back injury, has been ruled out after struggling over the past two weeks. Coach Shane Steichen has indicated that Pittman's situation will be evaluated on a week-to-week basis.

As the Bills and Colts prepare to face off, both teams must adjust their strategies to cope with these critical absences. The outcome of Sunday’s game could hinge on the performance of their remaining healthy players and the ability to effectively manage their weakened rosters.
